Ok, so I have to edit most of my comment above lol. I reached out to Boox and they sent me what seems to me the more updated version of the software and it was able to detect the monitor. I was able to change some settings now with the software and WOAH, what a huge difference it makes. I'm no longer dealing with heavy ghosting and super slow cursor. You really do need the software to make it work. I'm also trying out BetterDisplay as another commenter here suggested. The display still doesn't look fantastic, but it works if you need to read docs and for writing (which is what I wanted the Mira for mostly). I'm going to continue to play with the settings and see if I can figure out something ideal. Will post pics soon.
