Treadmill is easy on feet and SI joints.
Try frequent treadmill breaks of 15 minutes each, with computer. Plus core exercise breaks with computer.

Stalking through the tall grass in my backyard was unusually satisfying and tiring. I think some of it was the cognitive play of navigating through the grass. However, the high stepping and irregular terrain was not great for my SI joints.
